Real Estate Relationships and Responsibilities
This course is the first of three courses designed to assist the provisional broker to meet the 90-hour
post-licensing educational requirement set by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. This course consists of a high-level advance instruction governing agency relationships and duties to principals and third parties, working with sellers and buyers.
